A great non-gelatin jelly dessert
I wanted to try a vegetable-based jelly dessert and Jeannies proved to be a good choice. The process of making it is a little different from gelatin dessert mixes, but not at all difficult. I followed the directions the first time I made it, but it came out just a little stiffer than I prefer. So the next time I added 1/4 cup extra liquid and it came out just right. For the blueberry flavor, I made it using R.W. Knudsen Family Just Blueberry, 32-Ounce (Pack of 12), and I'm sure that combination will never get old. I'll have to try other flavors with organic juices and add fruits in season. Also, the folks at Jeannies added three extra flavors to my order.
