This is a product review only; the seller was fine.My cats love the Catty Whack toy. They decide the little feather teasers pretty easily, which is annoying, and these little refill packages are pricey, but if it keeps them happy, why not, right?I don't leave them unattended with the toy, but somehow without my realizing it my new cat pulled the refill right out of the rubber housing. I have yet to find it. I live in fear that he ate it.That can't be safe. And I certainly wouldn't wish the anxiety I've felt over it on anyone else.It's a shame. He loved it, and he misses it. But he's never playing with this toy again. It's not safe.

The Catty Whack is 100% my cats favorite toy. Guaranteed to get their attention within seconds of turning it on, they come running from all directions...so it’s awesome that these feathers are easy to replace, but I have to agree with some other reviewers, the price point is in my opinion, a little high, especially since they really aren’t that durable of a product.

One of our cats favorite toys is the Play-N-Squeek. The only thing that really disappointed me about the replacement tips was the cost because you only get two in a pack. Otherwise overall well made and somewhat durable.

Love the toy and so do the cats. Tthey gang up on it and pull the little feather thing out and run with it. Wondering if they will try to swallow it. So far have bought 8 more of the feather things, but it looks like I''ll be the first to quit. Shame, because they love it so. They sit in front of it until I put the new ones in, then they have it out in under a minute. Whew!

Our both cats love this toy. We laugh watching them play with this, however you have to find a way to figure out how to make the feathers last longer. My both cats pull these feathers right off immediately after putting them on. We do buy extras but the feathers are constantly missing or destroyed. The machine itself is a winner. it keeps going.....

For a dollar or two more I could have bought a whole new toy. I didn’t read all the way through but only 2 feathers for $9?!?!! I’ll go hunt through the craft store next time & make them myself

The actual replacement feather piece is fine. The problem is with the soft rubber yellow holder it has to fit into. It splits and I’ve had to use lots of tape to make the thing work

Has survived cat claws well after several months of use. The cat does get bored quickly with it. But no issues with condition it arrived in or how it has operated.
