No safety seal so arrived less than half full.
Arrived less than half full because of not having a safety seal and a cap that opened in shipment. Needs a safety seal and different kind of cap. Otherwise product is good.

Wasn't sealed - do not know if it was used before
I am a little disappointed, the bottle wasn't sealed .. so for all I know someone opened it and returned it.
