The scale is much smaller than I expected it to be but that's fine, makes it easier to store. It works well and it's easy to use. The only thing I don't like about it is that once the battery is used up the only way to change it would be to remove the WHOLE backing of the scale. Which will probably result in damaging something inside. Regardless, for a battery operated article it should be possible to either recharge the battery or change it out without taking the whole thing apart!!!

Love this scale! Easy to use and accurate

We needed to replace a food scale that stopped working after 3 years. Saw this one and decided to give it a shot. Our old one was smaller and completely plastic. This one is a little larger and has a metal round tray. The display is large and the buttons are smoothly integrated in to the body of the scale so no cracks for foods/liquids to get into. Super easy to clean also. Has multiple options for units, including gram, lb/oz, fl. oz, ml, etc. Tested it with a few items whose weight was known and it was spot on. This is a great scale for everyday measuring for food you are about to eat or for recipes for families of 4 to 6. It may not fit the bill if you are looking to measure large dishes with ingredients that weigh more than 11lbs. Highly recommended scale.

I am very happy with this food scale. Because I weigh the ingredients for each meal to make sure I'm staying on track with my fitness and health goals, I use the scale multiple times a day. Main positives: - Bright color screen with large numbers - Easy unit changing with a front button - Wide range of units (g, fl oz, ml, lb oz) - Useful fitted bowl that is easily cleaned and swivels so that it doesn't block the screen - Easily cleaned weighing surface on the unit itself For years I had been using a scale that awkwardly had the unit switch on the bottom, had a dim monochrome display, and only had g and oz as units. This scale is a gigantic upgrade for me and makes my time in the kitchen much easier. - Using ml, I can now more easily measure things like salad dressings and drink mixes. - The bright display makes measuring more flexible in the morning and evening when I don't want to turn all of the lights on. - I used to have specific bowls I would use to pour ingredients into, but the included fitted bowl is perfect for that and is a more stable pouring surface while being super easy to clean. It's a rectanglur shape but with wide curves so it's easy to clean after each use with a scrub brush so you won't need to use the dishwasher for it unless you want to. - The weighing surface on the scale is also inset a little so things like veggies won't roll off. - I've found it to be accurate: I can easily be specific to the gram or ml when pouring things like liquid egg whites, salad dressings, drink mixes, etc. A lot of thought obviously went into this scale and it has a lot of little quality of life features that make it very useful. For full disclosure, I received this scale for free as part of a promotion. But I wouldn't hesitate to buy it and fully recommend it. It's very affordable and the features are exactly what I need for a tool that I use multiple times every day. My wife noticed the brand and we realized we also have a body weight scale and a baby scale from the same company. We're very happy with those as well and I use the body weight scale daily.

The custom feature works nicely, i got confused with the numbers that you have to hit custom AGAIN and it will prompt a 2 digit number instead of the usual 4 digits, after that it is very accurate calculations and measurements. Very nice and shiny, good quality, auto shut off itsnt fast so you have time to prep things and cook without hitting the on button 20 times. Battery hasnt needed a change in the weeks ive had it. Definitely a good product Just look at the measurements, its smaller than a piece of printer paper but i think its the perfect size.
