If you have trouble getting rid of acne, like me, then this product is for you. I have struggled with acne for years. I have tried every acne product and even got on Accutane/Isotretinoin. The Acnefree 24 Hour Severe is the only product that can actually control my acne.As a fair warning, if you have really sensitive skin, then you should probably be careful with the product. If I use this product (especially the repair lotion) around my neck, I will start to get a rash. When that happens, I just make sure that I am careful not to put the repair lotion on my skin that far down. I also limit how often I use the product.Another warning, yes, this product can essentially bleach clothing. That is why I use this product at night. It does stain my pillow a little bit, but a pillow is much cheaper to replace. I rotate every other night using the repair lotion one night and then the night time cream the next night. This allows me to use the product for 2-months, instead of 1-month. I usually use the cheap Walmart acne kit in the mornings, which does not stain my clothing.I am so happy this product still exists. It seems like this product used to be available everywhere, now it is pretty rare to find it. Proactive didn't make a dent in my acne issues. This product really cleans up my face.

I can't find this anywhere else use to get at Walmart really works.

Smooth skin now, no more breakouts and she loves it. Has tried expensive regimens including R&F, both kinds for acne and other well known brands and this is the only one that has worked for her.

I used to have acne in my 20s (tried Murad, Proactive, etc which did not work)... Then I tried AcneFree (for some reason the regular version did not work, so I tried the Severe, even though my acne wasn't severe-- so glad I did because this product worked its magic). Proud to say I do not have acne anymore. Been using this product for over 2 years and I will never turn to anything else.
