This product is quite good. In 2 months my weight has increased 3kgs and I'll say Chocolate flavour is best don't go for Vanilla flavour.

2kg gainer increase 1.5 weight
Maine 2+2 kg use kiya.. phla 2kg use krne ke bad 1.7 gain hua tha. Uske 2 mahine bad dubara gainer liya usne 1.5 gain kiya. Gainer ka flavour bhut acha hai protein ka itna acha nhi h. Sath me pichle 8 mahine se isolate protein le rha hu nutrabay ka hi.
