I've been using this bar for about a year now and it continues to be a central piece of equipment in my home gym. As the price reflects, this is an item in Titan's line that they have put a lot more effort into, and it shows in the welds, the finish, and the knurling, which has been updated to be included on both sets of handles, unlike previous versions.The bar can easily hold 450+ pounds in bumper plates with barbell collars on the ends, and significantly more with iron plates. I can't pull 800 lbs but I am confident that the weight limit is accurate. The bar is also within tolerance for the 60lb standard.What really sets this, like other Titan merchandise, apart from other home gym products is the value proposition relative to the cost, especially when you adjust for the free shipping, which on an item that is this large, heavy, and awkwardly shaped, counts for a lot. You are purchasing perfect functionality, build quality that will, honestly, probably outlast you, and a good looking, highly functional bar for a price that is extremely competitive. The value per dollar here is where Titan wins on the hex bar.

It’s a well made bar, felt high quality BUT BEWARE. The handles are only 20.5 inches apart which forces you to have a narrow stance. If you are taller than 65ish inches you will likely find the bar forces your deadlift stance to be too narrow (I’m 71.5 inches)

I love this bar. I’m using it for my supplemental deadlifts this mesocycle. I like that the grips are narrower than some of the other brands I looked at. I’m a 5’4” woman. My 6’2” husband finds it almost too small, but for shorter people, it’s fantastic.

The bar was packed well without any damage. I started using it immediately. Excellent product, sturdy and durable.
