This product works great. I have used it numerous times after eating a meal that might irritate my stomach due to acid reflux. I definitely recommend it. Good value for the money as it is a high quality product with natural ingredients. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

I have tons of food allergies, especially milk. I have found that these work better than the lactate pills for digesting milk, and the ones sold at Whole foods and Sunshine Nutrition called Enzymedica, I used these for a couple of years, and they seems to be working at first, they worked better than anything I could find in stores to help digest my foods . They don't work for gluten at least for me. I have found nothing works for gluten, I have to stay away from that food if I don't won't to end up in the hospital. But, for any food that has milk in it, these pills work the best with no side effects immediately and further down the road if you know what I mean.( when my body digest it thru the intestines and so on.I started with just one before eating, but had found out for me anyway, that just to be on the safe side, I take two before a meal that include milk or chocolate. You will need to find out what works best for you. These pills here at amazon are the cheapest price that I have personally paid for this pills. I have paid much more. And since they work so well, I went on the autoship programs, just takes the hassle out of trying to find so more.

These enzymes changed my life. I take them daily with meals. They are for all sorts of food, but I really notice how well they work when eating dairy. I couldn't even eat ice cream or cheese without being relegated to the bathroom for a half an hour. I had to be quite careful and it was sad to miss out on some of my favorite foods. I used to order my vitamins from a different website, but they stopped carrying several of my daily vitamins. So, I decided to check out Amazon and they carried everything I needed. Was beyond thrilled that I am able to continue taking the same digestive enzyme and not have to start trying out new ones. I take these every morning on an empty stomach and they help me with my food intolerances - great product with excellent Amazon delivery.

Item does help with digestive disorders. I didn't know for a few months that I have become suddenly completely lactose intolerant, and this proved to work to keep going. It also helps with digesting fat, protein etc. with which I've also developed increasing problems. There is a caution with this product. It will continue digestive action when there is nothing to digest, & could cause an ulcer. So, I found it best to take it after taking a few bites of food, not before or after the meal. I've also found I can make the best use of it by taking it with breakfast only. If I have to eat out & I carry extra capsules with me to take along with the meal.

I took these on three different occasions and each time I got a mild stomach ache shortly after taking them. I had been taking the Revly digestive enzymes and had no problems with them, but switched to the Nature's Way because its enzyme profile seemed better suited for my vegetarian diet. Well, based on the stomach aches I got, I guess its not. I'll probably return to the Revly.

This is probably the one supplement that has saved my life. Plagued with sticky blood, it was recommended that I take this product. I tried other cheaper enzymes because of the cost of buying this from the Health Food Store. Since Amazon has started carrying this, I have been faithfully using this twice a day. In the past all I wanted to do was sleep and could barely make it through a day. Now I have more energy than I have had in years. I still can't keep up with a 30 year old but at 64 I'm alright with that. Other enzyme products do not compare.

I am so happy I bought these. I originally bought these because they have phytase in them, which helps break down Phytic acid which is bad for the teeth. Phytic Acid is in grains, seeds, nuts etc. Using these enzymes may have helped two bad cavities not progress over my two years that I avoided the dentist, but it did not reverse or decrease any damage that was done.Instead, I fell in love with this product for other reasons. As the older I get, the more digestive issues I have. I am lactose intolerant, can't have super greasy food, and heavy meats are hard on me. These enzymes really help things move along my system. When I eat something and it feels like a rock in my stomach, I take a couple pills and I feel much better after 30 minutes. If I don't take the pill, it can be up to 3 hours of feel like a rock in my stomach.However, I don't think this is great for lactose intolerance. I read another reviewer saying this was better than any other lactic acid enzyme they have tried. This is not the case for me. This bottle contains Lactase enzyme at 800 ALU, and the Lactaid brand which contains 9000 ALU. It took me getting sick a few times on dairy before I realized it was because this doesn't have the same level of enzymes. Sure I can have some cheese in my meal, but I can't eat clam chowder or ice cream on just one or two pills.Overall, this pill really helps me enjoy foods such as pizza or hamburgers, which I normally don't digest well. So I am pretty happy with them. I am already half way through my second bottle. I plan on buying many more bottles in the future!
