How film is this product?

I dont care for it. Tends to roll down. Style #1455 is very firm if that is what you want

Does the top roll down and will it cling to my clothing?

The top stays in place. There is a plastic strip on the backside that keeps it in place. Clothes don't cling to the shapewear. I was so pleased with this item, I bought another one.
