Halo Headband Sweatband Sport Visor

I'm currently in an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Academy and I live in Virginia Beach. It's currently summer 2024, and my worry was 1.) I wear glasses and getting sweat in my eyes or dripping on my glasses is a real problem 2.) The sun really comes at bad angles in the morning and late afternoon and is literally BLINDING! So, I wanted a sun visor, and I was looking and somehow came across HALO products. I was hesitant because they were more expensive than just a regular sun visor, but I read the reviews and got one. First of all, the material is heavenly! It is SO SOFT! There is a yellow rubber seam (or band) that goes around the inner front part of the visor and that is what is against your skin (along with the material obviously) but that band is what makes this visor work!! I ended up getting ANOTHER visor AND a headband (the white one with the skulls) and they are all exactly what I needed!! The sun visor is the perfect length, not obnoxiously jutting out over my face, it's just right and blocks out the sun but doesn't block my line of sight. It's dark blue just like our EMT uniform pants so it's not an obnoxious color (it's quite professional looking!) The material soaks up the sweat that the band is keeping from running into my eyes and I'm honestly blown away by how well this works! It just keeps soaking up the sweat and you can't even "ring it out", it holds sweat for HOURS and I live in Virginia Beach and the heat/humidity this summer (2024) has been unbearable! As a future EMT, I need something that will 1.) Stay in place 2.) Keep the sweat out of my eyes 3.) LEAVE ME HANDS FREE TO PERFORM MY DUTIES! American made company and as a Marine Corps veteran I support American companies whenever I can. I highly, HIGHLY recommend trying any headgear from HALO. This visor is adjustable (it has velcro) and never slips, velcro stays put and at the same time the strap is still kinda stretchy. I've run it through the washer and dryer several times and still looks/acts brand new every time. They thought of everything! Great visor and outstanding company! Highly recommend! (sorry for the long review, I can't say enough good things about how this (quite literally!) is a lifesaver and great product. ERRRRAH!

Best visor ever!! My son did Iron Man in California and told me about this visor. This thing is Florida sun proof to stop the sweat from getting into my eyes while playing pickleball at noon when it's 90 degrees (league times so I can't change the time to play when its cooler in the morning)! The rest of me is drenched in sweat but I CAN SEE!

It's a nice visor but I wish the rubber sweat band was easily removable--it leaves a dent in my head which doesn't go away for quite a while and having compared with and without on an older visor, I don't miss it when it's not there. This also seems kind of high priced for what you get. I was primarily interested in having a lower profile head band part, and this does satisfy that.

Very comfortable visor. It has an elastic section in addition to the adjustable Velcro section in back which makes it easier to keep on. I haven’t done much sweating in it yet but I think it will work well when the summer heat arrives.

My sweaty head is always a challenge in the summer. The sweat deflector in the band keeps sweat out of my eyes. Love the adjustable band and bold solid colors.

I've worn the Halo hats for sometime and decided to give the visor headband a try instead to avoid hat-head after social runs. I like it so much, I haven't worn the hat since.

I bought one for myself thinking I just wanted the sun out of eyes while on the court playing. I was impressed with how comfortable, dry and easy to clean it was after each use. The sweat guard band (or whatever the technical term is for it) is super comfortable and does a perfect job keeping sweat from dipping down my forehead and into my eyes. Love the cap so much I bought another for wife.

I like it alot! The bill isn’t too long like most visors. The black inside liner is genius so you don’t stain it with your makeup.
