You people must know that although Agaro has a wide variety of choices available across the product line but they lack in after sales service pathetically. They do not have a dedicated customer support. They rather have outsourced their customer support to a company called USL as a result of which the people sitting there don't have any knowledge about any product neither they can offer you any satisfactory solution. when my imperial electrical pressure cooker one button of Rice didn't work, they told me they don't have technician available so I should get it repaired by a local technician, if not I can replace the product at 4500/- when I try calling them none of them including their so called supervisor Ms. Suchandra also doesnot pick the call. Now how wud I be assured that the product will be delivered after making the payment that to on a link sent to me by the USL,specially when there are so many cyber frauds are happening now a days. So I asked I want to opt for COD. But then again no reply from them. So before buying anything from Agaro remember if it malfunctions then you lose completely.

Easy to clean, easy to use, makes perfectly cooked food effortlessly. Also comes with a manual with different settings like “fall off the bone meat” which is exactly what it delivers. Easy cooks for a large group because of the size of the pot with very little monitoring needed.

Well! About the product, I’m really doubtful. It became completely disabled and stopped working within just three months, which honestly gave me chills. The product features are awesome — very helpful for everyone, whether you’re a bachelor or a family. From chicken to eggs, porridge to steaming, everything works great. I haven’t tried making a cake yet so I can’t comment on that, but I’m sure the service would be just as good. However, the product’s lifespan is questionable. Interestingly, two people in my family bought it as well, and both faced the same issue. Now, coming to the service: I raised a complaint about the product, received a callback, and then a video call for inspection. A lady named Anusmita checked everything necessary, understood that the problem was genuine, and I received a replacement within a week. I truly hope this time the product lasts longer. But yes — the service team, especially the girl Anusmita, helped me a lot.
