What is the difference between the one-loop tool and the two-loop tool? What is the second loop for?

The smaller Topsy tool with two loops can be used to place decorative beads in your hair. (A step by step guide with pictures is available if you scroll through the product description!) I've always wondered what the second loop was for too and saw the bead placing guide for the first time today.

Does this come with instructions on how to make the difference styles?

Not that I remember, I got it so I could just pull a chunk of hair through from the bottom to make a self styled ponytail, but my hair is too fine to hold it in place for very long. I would suggest googling hairstyles made with topsy tail tools
