I purchased this Bluetooth speaker here on Amazon after browsing several. I was looking for a decent quality speaker, loud, great bass, & sturdy, & this speaker ticked all my boxes, with some enticing benefits, such as it being waterproof, portable, & also providing power-bank capability. I also read a number of reviews, which on the whole, were pretty good. This arrived speedily, which was great, & was both well packaged & well presented. I like the build of this speaker, as it’s not too bulky, yet it’s very solid & sturdy. It’s easy to charge with a C usb cable, which is included, & it’s charge time is pretty good. It holds its charge well, & has 42hr playback time. The speaker power is 70w, which is ample, with great bass & volume, & I’ve not even had it on at full volume(!), but at full volume this speaker would do well for house parties, garden parties, taking to the beach, etc, & it’s worth noting that this speaker can also pair up with another of the same, ‘if’ required. But for standard use, this speaker is more than enough in the volume & bass sound department! It has an amp socket on the back, which allows a microphone to be plugged in, & it also has a usb socket, which features as a power bank, & so on-the-go, or just outside, this can charge devices. It’s easy to pair via Bluetooth, & easy to operate, with large, sturdy, rubber buttons along the top, & the bonus has to be its flashing led lights to its front, which change colour, & beat along to the tempo of the music. All in all a great speaker all round, & at a great price too! I purchased this with a £25 off offer, so this made it less than £100, which in comparison to a number of others, for this price, the quality, it’s durability, portability, & it’s sound quality, I’d say that this is well worth its price, & not a bad price to pay considering what you get with this speaker. Ordered this product for use in the man-cave & garden etc. Have since found all positive reviews on the product to be well justified as it is indeed robust & well made but also important is not bulky & is user friendly with good quality sound that certainly packs a punch when needed. Yeah, the lights are a bit of a gimmick, but it's added fun & you can turn them off. Battery life so far is also v/good & I have had it on for hours at a time in the garage with a DAB radio plugged in via the (supplied) 3.5mm jack 2 jack plug, but also using blue tooth to my android phone. After all this it only lost one light of a 3 light pwr indicator. The ONLY negatives found so far, is as others have mentioned, that the EQ button seems a bit pointless as on one option, the bass is so over the top to the point it drowns out the details of the music. (You may also think it pricey compared to others avail). This being said, on the other EQ setting with EQ settings on my phone adjusted, the unit comes to life to the point I started hearing things within the stereo soundscape not heard before on my old favorite tunes. The I.P. rating also means unit will surely impress outdoors & will be great for camping etc. Finally, as a collector of vintage Boomboxes, this unit is able to compete with even my best sounding vintage Hitachi 80's unit without eating the batteries!!!

Having bought 2 W-King D8's to be able to pair them up, and being very impressed by the power/battery life and bluetooth range, it was a no brainer when I saw the new D10. It looks and sounds awesome, so loud and a great bass powered by woofers on each end of the unit, kicking out 70W, it is unlikely you would play it on full volume in the house. The lights are sound sensitive so as music progresses the light display changes accordingly. The lights can also be turned on and off with an additional button on the control panel. The build quality is excellent (As was the D8) but I do prefer this handle that is built into the casing rather than a strap. So far I've linked it up to my iPhone and my TV and the sound is excellent on both, so it is good as a sound bar too. It's perfect for house parties, in the shower, watching TV, music in the bedroom, I have used it non stop since it arrived 4 days ago, and I haven't even charged it yet, with still more than 2/3 battery power remaining. There's plent of ports on the rear, so you don't just have to use it for bluetooth, you can insert a memory card/USB and AUX and there's even a MIC input. In my opinion W-King really have come up trumps here with this model and I think they have raised the bar for speakers areounf the £100 mark, there are other brands that are more than twice the cost of this and I can't bring myself to pay so much for a portable speaker when there are quality speakers that sound this great for around £100. Being an owner of 3 D8's, 2 for pairing at home and one for work, which have all been well played, I can confirm the build quality does last providing you look after them and I've seen no loss in battery power. This speaker is loud enough for me and personally I don't think I will be buying another to pair up for stereo as it sounds good enough for my needs. I would recommend this speaker to anyone looking for a good quality, loud, well built, great sounding speaker that isn't going to break the bank. A strong 5 * from me, I will be keeping my eyes open for more W-King speakers in the future. To summarise "Excellent'

I’ve had several speakers over the years, including Bose, which are well-known for their quality but are not cheap. This ‘W-King D10’ is overall a decent speaker for the price point, with deep bass, it can get to an impressive volume when turned up to max and i think the max volume it can reach would be enough for the majority of people, of course that is depending on the use-case for the speaker, it was more than enough for my use-case in a small flat and i did take it outside and the maximum volume was (just about) enough and satisfactory, i’d of liked a bit more volume but that is only because i was outside, i like my music loud, lol. However, like other reviews have mentioned, there is only 2 equaliser settings with (in my opinion) one not providing enough bass and the other providing too much bass, it ideally could do with a setting for a third option which is somewhere in-between the two sounds just mentioned. Of course, you could adjust the equaliser on the device that is connected to the speaker to alter the sound. The speaker (AFAIAA) does not have an app in which any settings can be changed. It DOES come with a charging and aux cable, but they are slightly hidden in the packaging and can easily not be seen/noticed, the people mentioning in their reviews that no cables are provided have probably just not seen them. Also worth mentioning that the lights on the speaker always default to ‘on’ when turning the speaker on, regardless of the lights last state/setting, this is a minor inconvenience but an inconvenience nonetheless. Battery is good, however it is nowhere near the advertised 42 hours and before buying this speaker people should be aware of previous complaints about the battery not charging as normal or/and the battery not holding a charge as it did when first purchased, numerous reviews mentioning these issues, some of which state that these issues occur within months, which is not ideal or acceptable, and is part of the reason i will be returning the speaker for a refund and have chose to purchase the ‘soundcore Boom 2’ speaker instead, which is made by a reputable company and overall has positive reviews and no issues with the battery in comparison to the D10. Both aforementioned speakers are around the same price-point and perform at somewhat similar levels, the D10 reaches higher volumes than the Boom 2 and has *slightly* deeper bass but it is significantly bigger in size and much heavier, so i’d advise making a decision on what speaker to purchase based on what your use-case is and what you’re willing to sacrifice/accept. Personally, i’d go with the D10 for outdoor use, but it may be overkill, have too much bass, or/and not sound clear/crisp enough on either of the two equaliser settings when used indoors. The Boom 2 fits my needs and use-case very well, better than the D10, so i’ll stick with that and i may even purchase a second one purely to pair them together and reach even higher volumes and deeper bass than what one speaker can provide. In conclusion, this ‘W-King D10’ is a good speaker for the price, providing deep bass and can reach an impressive max volume which should be more than enough for most people if it’s for indoor use (depending on size of the room). Outdoors it performs well, however i found that i was craving more volume even when it was at its maximum. The issues with the battery mentioned above and in other reviews should also be taken into consideration before purchasing.

I’m always wary of claims about great bass, flashing light show and loud volume. From past experience, few speakers live up to the hype. This is an exception; it delivers on sound, quality, volume and lights. Nicely presented in a quality card box, it’s supplied with instructions and leads. Charged up it lasted an entire evening outside with lights on and fairly loud volume. The control buttons are easy to use and responsive. It’s just over a foot in length and the build quality seems excellent. Really robust and solid. Handle to carry it is comfortable. I have a pricey branded portable speaker which I don’t like to use outdoors in case it gets wet or damaged. This unit delivers great party sound, with a light show and it’ll withstand the elements. Great bass and Mids and trebles remain clear and distinct. Cant fault it for sound delivery given the price point. It’s great.

I'm something of a speaker snob - I've bought bookshelf speakers before from Amazon with five star reviews and returned them because they sounded like garbage. However, this item exceeded expectations. Not only does it get LOUD but it looks great too, with the lighting adding a nice touch. It's a bit of a chonker at 2.5Kg but worth carrying around. The battery life lasts a reported two days (TBC) and I've been using it with an Aux cable connected to a DJ controller and it works brilliantly. Bluetooth pairing is simple and I can see myself using this for multiple applications. The only downside of this item is the big W-KING branding which let's face it, is going to raise at least a smirk from anyone in the UK. Unfortunately these Chinese brands seem to pick words at random and in this case we've got an alignment between an actually decent product and a W--- name! UPDATE: There is a latency on the aux input which makes it very difficult to DJ with. Unfortunately I will be returning it due to this issue, but the rest of my review still holds true.

The speakers are good and loud but do NOT LAST AT ALL! Its barely lasted a year before the battery started dying within less than 2 hours on the lowest volume setting! Also you cannot use it if the battery is low even whilst its being charged, it appears to take give more power than its taking from the electricity mains so it always dies whilst charging it if you’re listening to music. Tried reaching out to customer service to see if they could fix it but they just fobbed me off. After care support is not good at all. They basically don’t care. Honestly youre better off adding a bit extra and buying something more durable. Sadly I bought 2 different speakers from the same company and I’m having the exact same issues despite trying with different chargers even fast chargers as well. I definitely do not recommend this product or seller
