Wonderful brushes at a great price, highly recommended
I've had these brushes for a few months now and they are still as beautiful as the day they came. They are so soft and hold so much water and pigment it makes watercolor a million times more fun and a million times better looking than regular taklon brushes. Ig is harder when trying to do things more precise as the smallest brush is small but not detail small unless you use the tippy toe of the brush but it's easier to just grab a detail brush when necessary. Also they hold their shape perfectly when wet and change shape only when you add pressure and then they go right back when you lift up. Also when I got these I was worried about the shape because I didnt realize the stray hairs would lie down when you got the brush wet so I contacted the company ad they told me to dip them in boiling water. I never did try this as I realized getting them wet would put them back in shape but that might be helpful to someone else as it is the recommended method for these brushes. Also I thought it might be nice to know that the sellers have great customer service and responded almost immediately. I have no complaints

“A couple of the brushes arrived with loose ferrels” (Not a deal breaker & easily fixed!)
I’m keeping the brushes because I hate having to send things back. Please dont get me wrong! these are great watercolor brushes, loose ferrels is hardly a reason to send any brush back…because you can use Super glue, or Gorrila glue to fix the problem, and they will actually be better than New! I received the brushes quickly but like some reviews have stated, some had loose ferrels. The chances of any brushes that use ferrels have a chance to arrive with loose ferrels. (it happens) As far as appearance there nice, I’m going to fix the problem with Gorilla Super glue then they will be fine. This is what I suggest that everyone should do if yours arrives this way, and they just might...

Very good value for money
I have purchased the Dainayw mop brushes as well as this set. My evaluation criteria for brushes is based primarily on how much water/pigment they hold and how they hold their shape (or point for rounds). In my experience the Dainayw brushes compare very well with more expensive synthetic brushes from some of the "top" brush makers. I'm only giving 3 stars for sturdiness because I haven't used these brushes long enough to know how well they hold up but can say that, so far, they haven't shed any hairs and still hold their shapes. If you are on a budget, or want to save your expensive brushes for less frequent use, these are certainly worth a try IMO.

I wish I had bought these first!
I would say I am on the back side of being new to watercolor. I have brush upon brush but couldn't seem to find certain ones that I felt was a good fit for me as far as mop brushes and really good general purpose brushes. These brushes are well made and worth every penny. They actually perform better than more expensive brushes I have. The points are nice and crisp. Upon wetting you can mold these brushes to fit your needs as in lifting. I have had little to no shedding. They arrived in a good sturdy box. I recommend these and will buy again. Buy these and use your saving to purchase high end select brushes such as riggers, liners, etc. As for my expanded brush collection I will donate them to a local art center.

My second set from this brand
I got very minor shedding from some of the brushes while cleaning them off after receiving them but other than that I've had no problems with these brushes and they are my main go to for Watercolor.I compared them to my silver handle brushes from the same brand to see if the sizes where significantly different and I did find that some of the sizes are the same from the silver handle set but that didn't really bother me.The only reason why I put four stars instead of five for begginer use is because you have to have a gentle hand while using these or you'll have to constantly reshape the tip which I think may frustrate begginers who have never used natural hair before

Great Brushes
I like the size of the brushes and how they fit in my hand. Decent quality brushes for the price.

What a difference!
After a few years of using Hobby Lobby cheap brushes I finally took the leap and invested in real brushes. Hold tremendous amounts of water and pigment. Well worth the leap!

Good quality
Very nice brushes! I had fast shipping and they came nicely packaged. The brushes themselves are good quality and they hold in water well! They are a more flexible type of brush, so if you like it to be more firm, then this might not be for you. The only thing is that I’ve had some minor shedding but nothing noticeable or to worry about.
