It's really light not much power behind it.

My filly responds well to this crop, it has added new joy to riding her.I bring it out when she is acting frisky, steps out of line, or shies from a harmless snake. A few swats and she perks up.

Softer and smaller than using a sorority type wood paddle. SHE enjoys using it while riding on me:) You need to use a harder whack on this to get an “ouch”.

i had to attempt to fix the top rivet with pliers myself, it seems to be holding for now but i can’t use the finger straps without it coming apart again. i can always superglue it i guess! other than that its perfect. nice weight, spring, nice slap feel. gonna really enjoy having this used on me!
