I am happy with this product
I have been using this probiotic for both myself and my dogs. Seems to work. Lately I have started using it as a started to make homemade yogurt. 2 crushed tablets added to a quart of milk and incubate for 12 hrs. and I have ended up with nice thick tasty yogurt.

Quality Probiotic at Affordable price
I've been buying this probiotic for almost two years now and it works well. The pills are really small and easy to swallow. Overall, they do a good job of helping me maintain good gut health by promoting regularity and reducing bloating which I at times deal with.

Do we ever really know if a supplement actually works? Probably not; unless, that is, it suddenly cures us of a dread disease. For the most part we take supplements on faith, hoping they do what they're supposed to do. This supplement is no different. But what I do know is that it's the most potent pre/probiotic I could find for the lowest price on Amazon. So I've been buying these for years, and everyone in my family takes them with meals every day.
