So far I’ve used these for a few projects (3D printer upgrades, car amplifier installation and modifications to my kid’s power wheels Jeep). The ferrules seem pretty sturdy and the crimper works great.

Love this set makes wiring allot easier

Great little kit! My first time using Ferrules. I was wiring my Victron solar charge controller. To fit a 10 awg wire in the terminal blocks and ferrule is recommended. I was able to find the right size ferrule and crimp things up easily. I adjusted the crimper to be a little firmer on the crimp (easy to do with teh adjuster and set screw). Phenomenal value for the money, the crimper is plenty "good enough," and the assortment of ferrules is decent. I wish they had more quantity of the larger sizes, as I'll probably use them more frequently. The connectors felt cheap originally, but crimped well and are working well. No concerns there.

Quality fit and finish for the purpose on hand

The ferrules are unexciting but the tool works well and leads to a uniform solid crimp. Way better than capturing multi strand wire under a bare set screw.
