Our sweet girl got spayed and was having a hard time with her cone. I purchased this and I’m so excited to get it in. If I’m honest, I wasn’t sure what size to get but based on the reference scale of the dogs from small to extra-large provided in the ad, I chose a size and it fit perfectly. The Velcro is very strong. I’m interested to see if it’s gonna lose it shave or get to stretchy as the days go by that so far it’s an excellent alternative to the cone.

I had my dog fixed and I had ordered several alternatives to the cone of shame. This was by far the best option. I had tried the soft cone and the neck pillow type cone, and my dog was absolutely miserable with both. I was so glad I found this body suit, while she was still not thrilled with wearing it (but then she doesn't even like to wear sweaters), I knew it was a better choice. with the cone types, she had refused to eat or drink, but with the suit she felt comfortable enough to eat, drink, and she was able to sleep so much easier. It completely covered the incision area and there was absolutely no worry that she would be able to lick there.I could not recommend it enough! Your pet will be infinitely more comfortable!

The X-LARGE worked perfect for my 15lb hairy doodle. The velcro sticks REALLY well. You just need to remember to pull the sides down and push it up so the dog doesn’t pee on it!

This is like the comfiest t-shirt fabric. That being said the neck and leg holes are incredibly stretchy and the Velcro is STRONG! My kids can't get it off, and neither can our dog. I would recommend, just buy a size up. Based on measurements my dog should have worn a large, but it is just too small, I don't need up ordering some others from another seller in hope they would be a better fit.

I read about 100 reviews on these little jumpsuits looking for comments about how they worked for males, as most were about how great they worked for the ladies. I'm happy to report it was a great idea for the boy too, big help and he was able to still potty front & back with no outfit change required. Worth it.

Runs small, size up

It’s a nice shirt but bulldogs are just made different. It fits (XL) but the back half is big so I’m not sure if I should have went smaller because his neck is huge. He’s also mad at me. Ha. The sellers are very nice and I’m sure it’s a great product!

My picture shows the location of the tumor to be removed. The velcro is strong. Material like a comfortable T-shirt. My dog is 26#, with a longish body. I ordered a large which was appropriate according to the size chart. It fit perfectly. Snug to his body but not too tight. Haven't tried it post-op yet. I don't expect it to replace a collar but it will protect the stitches a bit and keep him away from it when supervised without the collar. Post op: this shirt has worked very well except if you’re like me, you better buy two. I kept forgetting to roll it up before I took him out on the leash. Since we were staying on our boat for a few days, I had to hand, wash and hang it to dry. I had a doughnut collar to fall back on but wish I had two shirts as well. PS even though it is reinforced over the surgery area, I wouldn’t expect it to be fool proof. My dog is an expert chewer, although he has left this alone I would use the neck donut if he’s left alone.
