This is definitely the best product you can buy. We have bought a couple of bottles and really it is a super product and it does exactly as it was specified. My hair is not getting orange anymore and I make the highlights that I want. The customer service and response are beyond any expectation you may dream of. They resolve issues within no time.

It dyed my platinum hair lavender and does not wash out
It seemed like a good solution for my platinum blond hair because most keratin makes my hair yellowish. Majestic Keratin Platinum Hair Botox smelled fine during the application. My stylist followed the instructions exactly and left it on for 30-45 minutes. It turned my hair lavender and it WOULD NOT rinse out. We tried shampooing it out...still lavender...we eventually had to BLEACH it out and re-tone my hair. Sad 😔
