I took this book to Goodwood festival of speed to get it signed by some of the drivers.I met Emanuelle Pirro who had not seen it There are very few books on this legendary car.Andy Wallace the winning Le Mans Bentley team driver also liked it.

Der Audi R8 ist mit insgesamt 5 (wenn man den Bentley Speed 8 von 2003, für den er die technische Basis bildet, dazurechnet, sogar 6 Siege) Siegen bei den 24 Stunden von Le Mans einer der erfolgreichsten Sportprototypen überhaupt. Das Auto dominierte mehrere Rennserien fast nach Belieben, obwohl verschiedene Veranstalter (vor allem der ACO) immer wieder versuchten, den R8 mit technischen Restriktionen einzubremsen. Wie alle Bücher aus der Serie "WSC-Giants" kurz und bündig mit allen erforderlichen Informationen. Für den Fans des Endurance-Racings ein Muss in der Bibliothek.
