I'm glad I did
I purchased these undergarments for my grandmother due to a few accidents she had. My grandmother is petite (a little under 5 ft tall and about 110lbs) and typically wears a small, but I did some research and ordered a medium. I'm glad I did! The mediums fit her just right. The quality of the cotton is very good. Not too thin. The pads are very thick, but is comparable to the thickness of a brand name super absorbent incontinence pad.The panties may seem expensive, but in the grand scheme of things they are a great investment! Spending money on disposable underwear or pads seemed to be a waste if an accident didn't happen. To be able to wash the panties and reuse makes more economic and environmental sense. I've washed the panties and they hold up very well! I've even ordered more in white and in beige. My only complaint is that the panties don't come in other colors. White and beige are typical granny panty colors. Yes, we are talking about incontinence underwear, but that doesn't mean the panties can't come in vibrant colors or patterns. Wearing incontinence undergarments can be embarrassing enough. I suggest taking the sting out and adding a little zing! Black, pink, or even neon green would be a nice twist to a great panty.

Best incontinence underwear I have found.
These have worked so great for me that I went back and bought 18 more pairs directly from the company, with a first time purchase discount. I only found 1 out of nearly 10 brands of disposable incontinences underwear that didn't leak for me, and even that pair caused my legs to break out in a rash. I am in my early 20s and I wear these night and day and have only experienced maybe 3 leaks in a month - and those only happened on nights I was so tired I slept through my normal time to get up and change them.Pros:-Breathable-Soft-Non-irritating-Don't leak-Affordable-Can bleach-Absorb great-No scent-Better for the environmentCons:-Shrink unevenly (I do wash these in my machine and then dry them on high, but they waist and leg bands all have shrunk at different rates, they are still wearable, but I do have to stretch them out).-Have to remove shoes and pants to change dirty underwear during the day, which can be a hassle, but unavoidable if using reusable underwear.

These work well, but caution, you must hang dry these to retain waterproof quality - if you put them into the dryer as the instructions indicate that you can, they will start to leak after just a few washes.

No stretchy fabric. Fall down constantly.
This underwear doesn’t replace pads. They have no stretch so they fall down. I must wear another pair of support panties to hold them reasonably in place. I have had them fall through the legs of my regular underwear and hang down against my thighs. I’ve started wearing leggings on top of the two pair of underwear, under my clothes. The absorbency is great but they don’t stay in place.

High Quality Product !!!!!
Got these for my mother and they are wonderful. They are soft cotton panties that in no way give away the fact that they are Incontinence underwear. They come in many different styles and levels of absorption such as 5,10, 15 and the 20 ounce. These were the cotton I purchased and they state that they will hold up to 20 ounces of fluid. The brand is Wearever and they come in different fabrics etc. Even though they have some sort of water proof barrier underneath the padding there is no loud giveaway rustling sort of noise like throw-away products make. They guarantee to make it thru at least 300 washings in your machine. The main fabric of this panty is Very nice, Very high quality. It has tiny little embroidered holes to make it breathable. It is lovely !
