Q: Does it come with the shoes

It comes with the leg warmer type things that has a strap. Not the actual shoes. Mine weren't the same color brown as the fringe on the dress like the picture shows it to be.

Q: Does this dress really run small ??

Yes I thought so. It didnt fit my 10yr old daughter (She is really tall & can usually wear a womens small)

The costume comes with dress, arm band and shoe covers. Necklace is not included.
