I have no curve in my neck. This device really helps take away pain and dizziness due to that problem. My chiropractor recommended his version trying to charge more that double the money and it was just made of foam. This is so much better. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

This product is true to its purpose. While laying on it, I can feel my neck and shoulder muscles stretching. When done, I can feel how much more loose my neck and shoulders feel. I am only giving 5 stars because I feel like it could be more. Bigger maybe? I don't know. I don't get a FULL stretch and would love to be able to have the stretch extend up more into the base of my head. Still, a very good product that I use just about every other night.

Speaking as sufferer of chronic neck pain from a spine condition, this neck product has provided much needed relief from muscle tightness, inflammation, and frequent headaches. I used to have neck pain and headaches almost daily especially after exercising, but after using the neck product for 10 minutes, I noticed that my neck lengthened which provided the muscles to loosen up. It felt amazing!! Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Even if someone didn’t have neck issues, it’s a good way to relax physically and mentally.The size of product is convenient and the price is affordable for real pain relief.

I have had multiple instances of whiplash and neck issues for a long time. I suffer from frequent terrible migraines that often coincide with neck pain. A regimen of neck and shoulder exercises help some but this device adds a nice stretch that I can't get from anything else. The first 3 or 4 times it was uncomfortable where the bumps press into the back lowest points of the occipitus behind the ears. This quickly stopped happening. I find I really have to wrap my head back around it and shove it as far under my neck as possible. It works better than the ancient neck posture pump my chiropractor had me get 20 years ago. I use this for 10 min in the morning and before bed with other neck exercises. The odor is mind and dissipates.

Seems to help the tension - not comfortable to sleep on so you won’t mistake it for a sleeping pillow but does help alleviate tension for a short time

I love the way this product makes me feel when I lie on it-deeply relaxed as my neck lengthens. I often get tension headaches that begin with back of my neck near the occipital bones and goes down to my shoulders. I’ve had fewer headaches and if I get one I lie down on the neck relaxer and feel an immediate release-I wish I had had one years ago. Thanks for developing such a simple and effective device. And the bonus is it is small enough to travel with. 🤗

I have been using this Neck & Shoulder Relaxer for a couple of weeks now, about 2 times a day. I have a 'hump' just below my neck from working on a computer frequently & bending my neck forward. I have started to have bad neck & right shoulder pain. This has helped the pain lessen & even go away. Then I didn't use it for a couple of days and the pain started returning. I will definitely keep using it. My only problem is the 'fat' on my hump pushes up & keeps me from bending my neck back. I have to position it just right so it will work. Hopefully I can reverse this hump.

I am so grateful I stumbled upon this product. I work in an environment where it’s easy to get hunched over and misuse these muscle groups when using laptops and cell phones often as in daily all day. My neck has been really bothering me I found myself always trying to crack it or stretch it or adjust it some way to make the irritation and discomfort go away.
