The Raw Elements Organic salve works great on my extremely dry hands, it is super oily and intense but it works amazing, even my tattos look brighter!I also use it on my heels and they are softer than ever!It is oily but is because it's a salve not a cream or lotion, so keep in mind that when buying.My skin does absorbe the salve quickly and it doesn't bother me at all because is not there all the time, and I feel a relieve when I apply it.The salve is unsented so there's no smell at all.So happy with my raw elements salve!

I never used a salve before and if I could describe this particular product, it would be like Tiger Balm, but to help soothe and moisturize skin.My main uses are on dry parts of my face (corners of my eyes) to help moisturize and keep it from drying out. I also use it on eczema on my legs to soothe the dry itchy feeling I occasionally get.This salve is oily and wherever you apply this will be shiny. I recommend using this mainly at home and not when you go out.

Light scent not overpowering. This didn't cause any reaction and is moisturizing.

This seemed like it would be a great salve to use on my hands before bed, but after using it overnight the nurse at my doctor's office asked me if my hands always looked like that. They were red and dry looking. This salve does not work as well as I hoped it would. It's also quite greasy and the tube is travel size. It would probably be better layered over a good hand lotion.

Depending on the environment at times my skin will become itchy and breakout in small hives. I have found that lotion does not do the job and have been using a salve my friend made. However, she has moved away and the opportunity to try this product, which is all natural like I am use to was a no brainer. The day of delivery was perfect opportunity to test its ability to soothe my skin as I was having a day of irritable skin. I tried this salve and it immediately soothes, which was a great relief.As it’s a salve I expect it to be a little bit on the greasy side, but I did not find it to be overwhelming and it doesn’t leave grease marks on my stuff. My skin took to it fine and left it feeling moisturized. The smell I found to be just fine as it’s very similar to the homemade salve I have used. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and the fact that it does exactly what it says it does. The only downside I think it’s on the higher side of pricing for something that is this small. I would expect it to be no more than $8-$9 for the size 1.8oz. I appreciate though that it’s natural healthy ingredients and the company is environmentally friendly.

I was very excited to try the Raw Elements skin cream because (1) I have dry hands and am always looking for anything to help them and (2) the ingredients in this product absolutely caught my eye. The older I get, the more I care what I'm putting in and on my body. I read the labels for food I eat, as well as health and beauty products that come in contact with my skin. I find that any hand cream with water as the first ingredient just doesn't work for me. I've come to rely on products with petroleum jelly as the main ingredient. That doesn't mean I didn't give up the search for something else to try.Lo and behold, I stumbled onto this product. As you can see in the photo attached to this review, the main ingredients are a variety of oils and there's not one strange chemical ingredient to be found. Sign me up!The tube was a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but it makes for a great travel size lotion for my purse. It came with the peel off seal, so that gave me a good peace of mind. It's actually sort of thick and goes on a bit greasy... HOWEVER... unlike petroleum jelly, this stuff soaks into your skin within a few minutes and doesn't leave a greasy film on your hands. It absorbs very nicely, which impressed me. As for the scent... it doesn't really have one. I had to stick my hands super close to my nose in order to get a hint of a smell. That's perfectly fine with me, I hate when something is too perfume-y. A few hours after I put on the cream, I did a sinkful of dishes, and then noticed how nice my hands were afterward. Way better than normal.I would highly recommend giving this a try if you're looking for a quality skin cream with fantastic ingredients.

This organic skin salve is made with natural ingredients and it feels like it. A bit on the greasy side but thankfully it absorbs into the skin easily and doesn't remain look or feel greasy once it does. There is a faint sage and chamomile scent which isn't too feminine or masculine just natural and clean smelling. It goes a long way to lock in moisture and works well on all parts of the body, especially hands and feet. Also really heals dry patches effectively which is great in the winter.
