Product is not at all good, initally one was damaged and dented while transport but was stable and was not shaking the one i got as replace is very horrible and shaking as soon as we climb and this one also has minor damages. But i can see the main frame is not of aluminum its metal, they have put a sleeve on top to view as aluminum only steps are of aluminum rest whole thing is of metal. You can see the image where i have placed a magnet to its legs and its holding very strong. Magnets doesn't stick to aluminum. This is like cheating to client by giving wrong description as its of aluminum.

I believe the best features of this 4 step ladder is that it has been designed to ensure safety of user (plastic shield on last step ensures shield for knees), very easily opened, stands firmly on floor and can be placed conveniently inside house (or even outside), occupying very less space.

Packaging was not good and some minor pieces are broken. Little shaky. My opinion is just a ok product

Finishing work not good

Not very sturdy. I had actually shortlisted Bathla ladder, because I had used Bathla at my sister's place. I must say that Bathla is very strong and sturdy compared to this ladder. This ladder is very unstable and wobbly. Topmost platform is plastic and not aluminum like in Bathla. I would suggest to buy Bathla ladder for ₹1000/- more.......
