no need for screws
If these were 17" long, I would given 5 stars. I have an inch without rail coverage in my filing cabinet. Why 15.8" is beyond me. I guess these were cut at ~ 40cm? 43cm would have been perfect. Anyway, I just had to put a cap at the back end of the rail to prevent the hanging files from falling off the end.Suggestion to manufacturer. Make these 17" or 18" long and you have a perfect product. Customers can then cut to length.

Great find
Why didn't I buy these before? What a life saver. I have put up with crooked rails for too long. With these I actually like filing. Love how they fit, they are perfect.

A Good Possibility But Not for Me
I love these and would have kept them if there was a piece to put in middle of legal size lateral file so I would have two front to back letter size hanging file holders. Had to return but if you have a single file drawer, and measurements match ,this would be great. Very Easy to install and I think it would support weight of files even though they are made of some kind of plastic, they seemed solid.

Perfect!
I have been dealing with broken, cheap file holders that came with my desk years ago. Files were constantly falling into the drawer. These fit the drawer and are made of a thicker plastic.Much better!
