Like your typical plastic mask that has stretchy band to go behind head does get warm after awhile. Will warn if not prepared eye sockets in mask will block your preiffial vision(if not used to wearing halloween masks. But I loved it and got complements on it. I baught the wig separate

got this to joke around for our morning meetings at work to wear a mask that covers the nose and mouth, boss and the crew got a good laugh.

It’s cheap and not meant for extended wear. The mouthpiece smashes your face.

If you are considering this item, do so with caution. I received mine today and it is damaged. Amazon can not refund or replace this item so I am stuck with a half cracked mask that is also missing a piece since it broke.
