Control GX Beard Wash

Good product. On first trying it I was disappointed as it didn't seem to do anything. If you use oils, butters or balms on your beard, I would recommend washing your beard before applying this product. I just use a generic beard shampoo to remove any product first. Even though it is advertised as a beard wash, I use it more for the colour and find that it tints better when applied to already clean hair rather than hair which has a coating of oils or balms on it. Make sure you shake well before applying and wear rubber gloves or it will tint your fingernails. I apply at the beginning of a shower and rinse out at the end so it is in for around 5-6 minutes. Any splashes on the shower curtain should be rinsed off immediately or it WILL stain it. Good noticeable results can be seen after 3-4 applications and then you can either keep using it regularly until you get the darkness you want or use it occasionally to maintain. Not the best smelling beard wash but does the job at gradually reducing grey beard hair.

Forget the soap bars, they are a waste of money and don't work. I've been using this for a while now. Don't expect instant results though. I apply with an applicator brush as it will stain nails. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes and rinse off thoroughly. My beard doesn't look any different at this stage but I do see a gradual change over the next 48hrs when most of the grey changes to my natural colour. It wont cover all grey but leaves a natural salt & pepper look

I have always been happy with the results from this brand which is why I did not hesitate purchasing the beard wash. The size of the tube is quite generous as you only need a small amount each time when washing the beard. It doesn't smell unpleasant and the texture is not sticky or greasy. This product would be very easy to use daily and I am sure over time I will see some positive results but at this early stage it is difficult to see any immediate results. I will continue to purchase this going forward if I see results.

I bought this for remove gray from my beard because I use the shampoo and it gave good results but for the beard I'm still waiting to see the results even though I've used it a few times. Besides that you have to be careful not to get it in the wrong places because it stains very badly and the stain is hard to remove.

Didn’t work for me, after applying it every other day for more than a week , I didn’t notice a difference. It will probably work better on a longer beard. I thought it would be less complicated than applying regular beard dye, but you need to do it so frequent and with a much less noticeable result that it’s not worth it for me.

I'm amazingly surprised by the negative reviews and ratings for this product. My beard had gone maybe 60% grey. After one-or-two days of using this I just thought, oh well another product that doesn't work but of course persisted. After one week I was saying to my wife "you know, I think my beard is getting darker". After 10 days it had almost fully taken. After 6 weeks (and about to order my second bottle) my beard is noticeable darker. There are a couple of patches on the side that haven't taken. I wonder whether this is because they were too grey / white, thiner or maybe shorter hair? Either way, the effect looks incredibly natural because there are different shades of black, grey (and still a bit of white) which for me is far more effective to look a bit younger. Also, I've read that this is a messy product. I've been doing it while in the shower so not messy at all. You also don't have to use everyday by the way, once you've reached the desired effect. I maybe go with four days per week now.

It delivers what it promises - also doesn’t give you bad allergies. It doesn’t wash it off easily as well

Basta avere un pò di pazienza e dopo 4/5 applicazioni la barba da bianca prende una sfumatura di grigio scuro molto bella e oltretutto sembra più curata. Volevo un prodotto con rendesse un pò di colore + naturale alla barba e questo è perfetto. La sto usando da quasi 1 mese facendo un trattamento da 5 applicazioni ogni 2 settimane e ancora non ho finito il prodotto, quindi anche a livello di utilizzo/prezzo ci siamo.

Be mindful it wont work the first day. You will have to use it for about 6/7 times to start getting results. I found it more affective when put on before shower for 5 min on dry hairs and than wash it afterwards. Be mindful to use dark towels and gloves as they might leave stains in your nails. Also wipe your walls or sink after use as drops might leave stains Other than that, it control your grey hairs like magic. Amazing
