My hair stopped falling out on 3rd day. Knock on wood. Thank god. Try this for hair loss. I can’t figure out why because I used to take all these vitamins some other way but it didn’t work. FosFree had been given to athletics for years to help with muscle cramping. (at one time even in the High Schools) It works! I take 2 at bedtime and NO leg cramps all night. Old and fat or Athletic great for charley horses.

This was a purchase for my 78 year old motherinlaw. She has been using it for years and loves it. I've noticed the price has gone up from $9.75 a bottle to almost $13 but it makes her happy so I will continue to purchase it for her. I'm sorry I cannot help with what it does but the delivery was fast and the expiration date was over two years out so they were fresh.

The Calcium is good for leg cramps.

My nightly leg cramps are gone! My doctor recommended taking 2 a bed time and I'm not having the severe leg cramps at night that woke me up almost every night. I highly recommend Fossfree if you are having nightly leg cramps.
