These weights are great! Does the job👍🏽 These allow us to gain strength gradually, weekly! The writing rubs off after so long, but that's not a huge deal. In the beginning we wrote down which color was which weight, but after we used them for so long, you know which is which 😉💪🏽

These are super good. I use these to break through plateaus and to keep driving progressive overload. The 1 lb and .75 lb plates were the best but all of them definitely work and have their place. They are super easy to use and work really well. They are writhing .01lbs of the listed weight which is phenomenal. They have a really nice silver finish and they feel very high quality. The logo names don’t wear off.

Nice little plates. Fit perfectly on Olympic sized bar. Sometimes 2 1/2 or 5 pounds plates are too much. I use these with my Ironmaster 2000. I would have to increase in 5 pound increments and now I can increase as low as a half pound. (1/4 pounds each side). Great price! Great product!

These weight plates offer a great assortment of weights and look great, with each size a different color. These help you build your strength to the next level. The paint quality is fine, and I expect it to be chipped or worn from use. These are easy to use for your Olympic bars,

Very nice fractional weight set. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the color coatings seem cheaply applied— after only a few uses the paint and numbers are chipping off.

Not super great in terms of lbs/$ but you only have 2 brands for micro weights or buying washers. Realistically, you only need one set because if you can use up all the micro weights on your bar, just swap them for a 2.5 weight, rinse, and repeat. The reason micro weight is a game changer is because while progressive overload is being able to lift in slower tempo, increase ROM, greater rep, or increasing weights. Going slower and increasing ROM is fuzzy and in many cases increasing rep is harder than increasing weights. Going from 8->9 is a 12.5% increase while going from 225 on your bench to 230 is only a 3% increase. Micro weight not only enable more granular progressive overload for big lifts but also smaller one. It hard to add 5lbs to a bicep curl or lateral raise its much more manageable add .5 a pound. Buy 2 or 3 set for multiple dumbbells. Despite, being made for 2" Olympics it fit fine on standard 1" because its small enough it will stay on your spinlock and not be clunky. This "tech" gives it an advantage over the "adjustable" or "fixed dumbbells".

Great quality and have really helped with some of my lifts. Bench and shoulder press are hard for me to increase with only the option of increasing by 5 lbs. but these fractional plates have finally helped me start being able to go up on my weights.

These micro plates are legit, most are colored plastic but these look cool with the chrome, I love them
