I have a butt, but not like implant size. My thighs are also thick, but not extreme thunder. I usually wear a women's size 16 bottoms(American not smaller Asian size 16). Before I put them on I stretched the leg and booty area with my hands a little so that I could slide on and fold up the shorts a little easier to get it on. Since shorts were brand new, it felt a little snug. I like the length(about 2 inches above the top of my knee), the high waist, and rise up the back(with a butt a longer back rise is appreciated). The inside drawstring came in handy when I secured a small plastic sleeve to keep my credit cards with me when I snorkeled. The shorts got slightly looser after being in the water for a while. Overall, these shorts were comfortable and has the typical durability of 3mm neoprene of this quality. I'm a little picky and I'm glad that I purchased these shorts. I've been searching for a while for something that wouldn't break the bank. Would love to have zippers on the sides to make putting on a breeze, but that's another level and comes at a cost. Would purchase again.

I love the higher back and the pull string. BTW, there is actual room in the front man area too, unlike others which would squeeze my jewels like making lemonade! THANK YOU!! BTW, I am 5'9" and 195 lbs and the XL fit snug but not too loose but not tight so just right. Paired with this with their 3mm vest and a perfect combo.

This item wears much larger at the waist than the size chart indicates. Even with the drawstring tied up tight. While it feels initially correct, by the third hour in the pool it was loose and actually scooping water in the back dragging me down in the pool. Apparently it was too late to file for a return which I find disappointing. Regardless I bought the next size smaller and although the thighs are really snug overall it is comfortable.

This may have been one of my best purchases! The thickness was just right to keep you warm in the water but not over heat you on the boat or shore. No funky smell. And it looks good. Form and function in the same item! The cost is very reasonable when I compared it to my siblings purchases. Fits the needs for all occasions.

32-33 waist … size small I could get into, but it was very tight around the waist…. I could’ve lived with it. but returned it for medium…. ..Medium fits better…. But concerned overtime it’ll will get to be too lose …..my size I’m always a little too tight or a little too loose. Never perfect. …., but very nice , well made and reasonable price.

Nice and thick. Gives you a bit of Buoyancy. Only down side is since it is so thick it barely fits the drying machines at the gym. You have to really stuff in there. But sometimes it comes over the top and you can hear the unit banging the trunks. That’s what happened with my trunk which caused a rip in it. It was good while it lasted.
