Can a 24 volt thermostat connection be used with this to turn on a 120 volt circulator pump?

I am using the unit to power a duct booster fan, (120 V-1/4hp)from my 24v out put terminal on my HVAC circuitboard powering the relay, so you should be OK.

I have two food warmers 120v @ 12amp that can not be on at the same time. Can I use this to allow only one warmer at a time?

The connection is a single switch (SPDT, means Single pole double throw, and that means on or off) If you connect one warmer it will turn on only that one. If you connect both to the relay it will overload it...it's a 20 amp device and 12 + 12 is 24, overload. If you want to get creative you can connect a manual switch that connects to one warmer or the other then connect this relay to that device. Then, depending on which way the manual switch is, that warmer will be controlled, move the manual switch the other way and it will operate the other warmer.
