17 Watts / 1.4 amps @ 12VDC
Since the power requirements are not listed on the page or in any reviews, I thought I'd put it here. The pump draws 17 watts, or ~1.4 amps at 12V DC. The pump also states it will run on 6 - 12 V DC.

Engineering marvel
I use these little pumps in a direct line with my 15 watt solar panel. When it’s super sunny, the pump is in overdrive. When it’s shady it just limps along.Sometimes I get a year or even more of performance out of these tough little guys.

Very small
This thing is really small! It functions as intended but it will clog up very quickly if not used in clean water. It won't produce much in the way of pressure so small projects are the limit of its use. The case is plastic. Having odd colored power wires is kind of a turn off for me when it would be so simple to use red and black or black and white.

Rotary seal will eventually fail and water will destroy the motor
After working for a few months, the rotary seal (see picture) failed, water seep in and destroyed the PM DC motor. Consider buying instead a pump with a brushless motor.

These are small but mighty pumps
OK, these are very easy to wire up for whatever you want to use them for. For all you real men who refuse to look at the instructions, I took a peek for you. The yellow wire is your ground, the blue is negative and the brown wire is your positive. We live off grid and I thought I would add a small hand washing sink next to the main in the kitchen. My wife does not appreciate me washing my dirty greasy mitts in her sink. Her sink is fed by a cistern mounted above the roof. I can wire this pump up to a small LifeP04 12.8V battery and a regular wall switch on the positive leg of the setup. Just a flick of a switch and there will be plenty of 2-3 gal/min water flow. My sink will tie into her drain. One word of caution... these pumps have no screening of the water before it hits the impeller so use with clean water only.

Nice pump, didn't last long
This is a nice little pump for a small fountain in my case. The low rating is because only one of two actually worked, the other was dead on arrival. Too bad. The second one died after a few days of running.

Very small
The pumps would be adequate to run a fountain in a Barby Playhouse. They are far too bc small for anything else.

Nice little pumps
Two nice little pumps that are very versatile. Fully recommend them for low volume water movement. I am using one to add flow in a 20g aquarium.

Nice multipurpose pump
These pumps work so long as one keeps in mind that they are capable of virtually no head and no suction. The published 3m figure is entirely wrong. You will get a few inches lift, at best.

good for submersed use
It will not work without priming (filling the pump with water first). Mean for submered use.
