front bell didn’t work. buttons stuck. disappointing

Been installed for about a week and working fine.Will update after a few months.Only issue I can see with the design is that you can take the Outside unit off the mounting bracket too easily, it simply pushes on to the bracket and stays there with friction. Not a problem for me as we don't have anyone passing by that may be tempted to pinch it... I hope :)Like the solar panel on the unit, whether it's for show or actually tops the batter up, again, will have to wait and see... thumbs up so far though...

Cost me £200 for an electrical instalation guy as I was unable to get it to work. In the end he said it was faulty and I should send it too the manufacturers.I was so desperate due to my condition I needed to get it working whatever it cost but there was something wrong with it and no amount of money would get it to work.

Bought this so people can communicate at front door, I am a wheelchair user so this is vital. The problem is no one can work out the simple function, even Amazon delivery people. I might as well leave the dor open as that would be simple for them to understand.

Il prodotto infatti non è altro che un walky talky, non un citofono e non consente di parlare a 2 vie in simultanea. Devi premere il pulsante "parla" per essere ascoltato dall'altro lato e viceversa, che potrebbero presentare problemi alla porta. Per questo importo un campanello wifi con telecamera potrebbe essere una scelta migliore
