Smooth and easy to apply, it has a very beautiful color (dark blue red) it's just what I was looking for. I do wish it stayed on longer. I can use this under red lipstick to make it darker or as a lipstick itself. I'm pale, with neutral but mainly yellow undertones and dark hair and I think this would work for someone with a cooler skin tone then mine. Update: I wear the Milani Matte Iconic over this and it works perfectly.

I still prefer Revlon Colorstay liner which lasts longer, but his was available on Amazon at a better price, so I thought I'd try it. It's good enough for most uses.
