Tastes like sugar. Just mix with tea, coffee, chocolate milk, juice, protein drink, or dissolved in plain water.

Why is dicalcium phosphate dihydrate needed? Other brands do not include this additive in their powder formulation.

This product is 50% Alpha-GPC and a 50% mixture of dicalcium phosphate dihydrate and silicon dioxide. The latter two ingredients serve as anti-clumping agents to keep the product in powder form. Otherwise, Alpha-GPC congeals into a solid mass, which makes dosing difficult.
