Q: Has anyone experienced your dog's neck getting rashy, irritated, or hair loss from this collar?

A rash or irritation underneath a collar may be from something in the environment being trapped there, like flea product or shampoo that's not rinsed out. A wet dog should be allowed to dry without the collar on and if the collar is wet from being washed, it should be dry before it goes back on. I wouldn't leave wet shoes on my feet to dry :) Otherwise, it might be due to friction, especially if the dog is on a runner or tie-out, which is 'not recommended' for any Lupine products..

Q: The color black looks blue does anyone know what color it really is?

The orange actually bled more of a hot pink on my white dog so perhaps there is some redying of overstock by the vendor? I did receive full refund.

Q: What color doesn't bleed?

This collar is black and I have soaked it in cold soapy water. No problem with this collar bleeding color on my dog's fur. Hope this helps.

Q: If my dog has chewed the collar, to an unusable state, where does the guarantee (even if chewed) come into play??

I’ve been told you can walk into any store that sells them and they will replace for free. Haven’t personally done this, but a friend did with a lead.
