Our family loves clary Sage on the bottom of our feet right before bed. My husband has a pretty aggressive work schedule so sleep is really important. He was sold DAY 1 using this on the bottom of his feet to get to sleep. He's prone to insomnia but clary Sage from doterra always helps him get to sleep within 10 min of application

So glad I tried it!
Skeptical at first when a friend recommended this, but after a couple of weeks of no sleep due to hot flashes through the night I was willing to try anything. A little bit in my belly button for three days and my sleep has been restored. I continue to do it each night. When I forgot a couple nights the hot flashes started to return, but a little dab again and all was well.

I was looking for an alternative to hormones
I purchased the Clary Sage because I had read it was a homeopathic way to assist in lessening the symptoms of being peri-menopausal. After using it for a few days I truly did see a difference. I don't care much for the smell (has an oder similar to a fresh bag of potting mix) but it dissipates quickly and works best for reducing and some days even eliminating the hot flashes. I put it not only on my ankles and abdomen (as directed in the doTerra hand book) but also my underarms. I mix with a clarified carrier oil and it works quite well.
