Fabulous!!!
Delicious & addictive... so much tastier than regular maple syrup or maple butter! Very tough to eat just 1 serving at a time. Will buy again in larger quantities.

Way more manageable than syrup
Love a sausage muffin for breakfast, but I like heat (Chipotle Tabasco) on one side and just a touch of sweet to balance on the other side. Syrup is hard to manage and goes right through the English muffin. With maple butter you can get just the amount you want, just where you want it, and it doesn't immediately seep through the muffin. Helps me start the day with a smile and a sigh rather than a snarl. Maple butter is great for other things, of course, but this is the problem I needed to fix. Love this stuff!

Not As Creamy As Described / Extremely Sweet / Still Good
This is my first time trying maple cream. Here's what I've discovered: FLAVOR: This tastes like confectioner's sugar has been whipped into maple syrup. It's very sweet, much sweeter than maple syrup. CONSISTENCY: This maple cream is just a bit thicker than honey but not quite as thick as nutella. I was expecting this to be like a creamed honey, but it's not, it's more like a super thick syrup. It does not thicken in the fridge. You can spread it but it's more like spreading molasses. STORAGE: It must be refrigerated after opening. That seems odd to me as I did not need to break any seal to open it. Actually, the jar it comes in bothers me a bit in that it was not vacuum sealed and there was not even sticker to indicate that it had never been opened. WHAT TO EAT IT ON: This is too sweet for toast. This is my first time trying maple cream. Here's what I've discovered: FLAVOR: This tastes like confectioner's sugar has been whipped into maple syrup. WHAT TO EAT IT ON: 🍞 This is too sweet for toast. If there is butter on the toast and then the maple cream is added the butter cuts the sweet but also mutes the maple flavor. 🍠 If you want to turn sweet potatoes into a dessert then adding a smear of this stuff and some cinnamon would do it. 🧁 It's thin enough to drizzle over baked goods, so if a muffin isn't sweet enough then a little drizzle of this would bring it up to par. ☕ If coffee is too bitter, stirring a little of this in makes it taste good.

This is not 100% pure organic maple syrup, ingredients added, can even see in the video provided.
We buy locally, directly from a maple syrup farm. The batches are small, sweet and rich. The flavor of the pure maple stands out. We were out of our supply and needed this in time for a celebration. So I took the chance and ordered this online. The taste was startling, I thought it was rancid at first, or some unsafe chemical had been added. They seem to care about how "spreadable" it is, and are willing to compromise the taste. It is not "spreadable", it is runny. The ingredients say 100% pure organic maple syrup, but in the video, they clearly add a white powder substance to the batch. Maybe it is citric acid, which seems inappropriate and just ruins the flavor altogether. Besides, by law, whatever the ingredient is, it is being consumed by the purchasers and should be revealed and not hidden. Unfortunately, we will not be purchasing this product again.

Love the maple cream
I love this maple cream. I had to stop eating caramel dip because of a dairy allergy. This works well to dip apples or nuts in it. It really has been great to get rid of the white sugar death and use maple cream or maple syrup instead. I love this company. It brings the Sasquatch out in me.
