Excellent quality product...lots of ports. It allowed me to hook up an additional monitor to my laptop...which didn't have an HDMI port for this purpose. Worked like a champ. I can also charge my laptop through one of the C ports on this hub...making it handy if you have limited C ports on your computer. All in all...very happy. Would buy again. Note: not all of the C ports will allow charging...so you may have to test which port allows charging. One of them did and one didn't. Just FYI.

Updated 11/27/23: Giving this brand/seller 4 stars for the excellent customer service of responding to my original review of the micro SD card slot not working even though it has been a few months since purchase and beyond the return period. Just found out after my return period ended that the Micro SD card reader slot does not work. Poor quality control. Hope the seller sees this and can fix this issue as the main reason I bought this one was for the Micro SD reader

So far no issues with it. Have used it with a Steam deck and a Lenovo laptop running Linux and have not had any issues.

This works great until you try and use the charging port. I'vd had 3 of these. The first one failed after a few weeks. The second one worked great for a month and then I decided to plug my charge into it. That caused it to heat up and eventually fail. The third one has lasted almost a year and works well as a docking station. I just plug the charger in separate. The compact size makes this easy to transport as well for remote work locations. Overall this is a decent value for the price if you don't charge your device with it. The device is plug and play and easy to set up.

The first product I received didn’t work and I didn’t try the product until after the return window closed so I left a bad review. They reached out to me asking if I wanted a refund or new product. I got the new product and it works great! I’m impressed with their customer service and glad I tried the product again!! Original review: Disappointed that when I finally got around to using it, it doesn’t even work. I tried it on a MacBook Pro and on my Dell latitude and nothing recognizes it being plugged in at all.
