Q: has anyone had an issue with black coming off? The liquid gets black, i am using bleach solution.

These mats are designed to hold cleaning agents such as quaternary solution or diluted basic solutions such as diluted bleach (but the mats will degrade with time if exposed to undiluted bleach).

Q: Is the wall 2-1/2 color black? Because I need this item color Black totaly.

Q: Im having an issue with the liquid leaking out of the corner. Has anyone had success leveling under this mat?

Never had to worry about uneven surfaces. Our production bakery went to a regular floor mat with the sanitizing powder for people to wipe their shoes on. This was easier for us since the water mat was creating a wet mess all around it.

Q: Would the black mat work on it's own or would I also need to purchase the "tall wall" or frame? Is the mat replaceable in the tall wall?

You can certainly use the 1/2" wall mat on it's on without purchasing another mat to place this one in. The tall wall (2-1/2" high wall) version offers a deeper trough to hold more disinfectant but may not be necessary.
