Too sensitive
The gyro on this is overly sensitive, to achieve perfect zero level or plumb was nearly impossible on the digital bubble level. I'm a journeyman carpenter and for my needs this is just not a usable tool. I was thinking I could easily adjust the sensitivity but it doesn't have any sort of sensitivity adjustments.

Excellent: but some bad Chinese to English onscreen translations.
KOLSOL Digital Protractor DXL360S GYRO + Gravity 2 in 1 Digital LCD Protractor Inclinometer Dual Axis Level Box 0.01°Resolution.I am comparing this to my 'Tiltbox II', which I like and I use for setting my table saw blade tilt angle.Firstly, this is much heavier, the tilt box has a lot of space inside and you use a 9v battery. This contains a non-user accessible rechargeable battery. This works in both horizontal plane and vertical plane. Ifnyou watch my very sort video, you can see it transition from measuring in the horizontal plane while laying on its back showing to measuring in the vertical plane as I stand it up on its base.It is a little more complicated to learn to use than the tiltbox II, but that is partly becuase it has more functionality.I like this a lot, it seem to be acurate and precise, with 0.01 resolution. I'd like to give 4.5 stars but for one small issue. Some of the onscreen commands are badly translated from Chinese to English. See photo. I have no idea what the following onscreen command means. "Spin slowly and keep plumping"So for the cost of this device you would expect the language translation to be at least understandable.Thank you for reading my review and looking at my photos of this product. I hope you found it helpful!REVIEW PHILOSOPHY: I only review a product if it is something I am capable of critically evaluating through comparison, testing and use. This means I have experience of using similar items; or that I have equipment or tools that I can test it with; or that I have an upcoming need so I can actually use. I am as selective about getting an item to review as I would be about purchasing that same item, so yes, I expect it to be a good product. My reviews are NOT based on packaging or if it was delivered timely.

Amazing precision, reproducible; pocketable
KOLSOL Digital Protractor DXL360S GYRO + Gravity 2 in 1 Digital LCD Protractor InclinometerRepeatedly tossing it around then setting it on a solid floor shows that measuring a single axis this instrument is reproducible to within 0.2 degrees. Accuracy is hard to check, but appears to be within a degree. I wish some of the walls and door frames I have been tasked with repairing had been built to that accuracy. This seems well adapted to set the angle on miter saws, and reproducing angles. On my RV, this allows easy calculation of the number of bricks under the low tires to achieve level. On a sailboat, adjusting the mask rake is straightforward, by comparing the mask angle with that of the mast step. The display is easily legible from several feet away.Rugged case, convenient magnetic base, V grooves top and bottom so it is steady against a rounded pipe; dual axis level when laid flat; fits easily into a pocket.A fun useful gadget. Push the power button and it says ‘Thanks goodbye’

Complicated
I have several dumb versions of this tool. Same form factor but very basic capabilities and I use them because I can throw one on my miter saw blade, zero it and set a 18 degree angle relative to where it was regardless if the table was flat. I thought this would be even better, and it is but it is way more complicated to use. If you NEED these additional features go for it. If you just want a small digital level that is accurate you can get one for about 1/3 the price. One day I will do something profound with this thing. It will take hours for me to figure out how to do it but it will allow me to do something that would otherwise be impossible... I hope.
