The passenger mirror is flat out useless. I have no clue why they wouldn’t just give you matching left and right arms for the brackets. The drivers side is great. I would never recommend this product to anyone unless they solve this issue. I want them to send me another left arm to replace this design flaw.

No fault of Tactic 4x4 - The are nice mirrors, unfortunately there was an issue with the arms and only the left side fit correctly, it seemed like the right side had the whole drilled wrong on the mounting side. once we realized this, we stopped the install ... hopefully it's just a fluke, but very disappointing all the same ...

The drivers side bracket is slightly bent.. the passenger side is drilled completely wrong...un useable... so here I sit waiting again. On a replacement request... ALL I WANT IS A REPLACEMENT.....absolutely ridiculous to have to go through this process... almost ready to dispute charges on card amd buy somewhere else....

Not sure if it's how the pair is meant to be or maybe I got a mixed order but the arms for the mirrors are not symmetrical. The driver side extends outward and you can get a good view, but the passenger side extends upwards at almost 90 degrees and brings the mirror so close to the body of the jeep you cannot see if you have the upper door on.

Worst mounting ever mirrors are not even same height they look ridiculous on yj keep shopping only one star cause cant give zero
