I purchased these white h8 180w bulbs for my 2011 e90 328xi LCI, I've had them for a few days now and love them compared to the factory yellow halogen bulbs. One thing I will clear up quickly is the comments saying that 1 the outer ring isn't as bright as the center and 2 the installation is difficult..... 1 if you have any knowledge of how the bulb illuminates the rings of the Xenon headlights you would know that the bulb is placed behind the center ring. With this being said the strength of the light slowly dissipates as it goes through the outer halo(naturally). My personal opinion is that these are as good as they get for the model vehicle I own, without spending an arm and a leg.... 2 Difficult installation... I was able to install these within a couple of mins only removing the airbox and (optional)(n51) secondary air pump to allow more than enough room to get the bulbs in. I will be sure to update my review as time with these bulbs go on.

Bought these bulbs to upgrade the look of my 08 BMW 550i M Sport. The installation was plug and play, and the brightness is 10x over stock.

It's not as bright as I thought it would be but it was very easy to install just remove the intake on the driver side takes only a couple minutes 2 bolts and loosen clamp, passenger side you can just throw it right in, overall I'm happy with it, lights look better and it only took me about 10 minutes to install

This is the second set of Angel Eye LED replacements for our 2012 740Li BMW. The first set was from a different manufacturer and started giving computerized dash errors just out of the return window. THIS SET has been perfect. Very pleased with these.

Vehicle: 2009 BMW X5 E70I had high hopes for these considering their power rating and the fact that they have so many individual LEDs, but their performance is very disappointing. Inner rings look good, but you can barely see the outer rings, even at night.First the good news:* Installation was easier than I expected based on other reviews. Sure, there's not a lot of room to work with, but these bulbs are small and there's plenty of space for them and the wiring package, while still being able to put the plastic cover back on. Be patient and take your time.* The bulbs themselves are bright and the color temperature is great. In testing each one before putting it into the mount, it was obvious that they're bright and the light is the color I wanted.* They light up the inner rings, which surround these bulbs, just like they should. You can see that in the picture.And the not-so-good:* You can also see in the picture that they don't really light the outer rings, around the Xenon headlights, enough to see, especially compared to the inner rings. I tried rotating them in the mount, hoping it was just because the individual LEDs weren't aligned exactly with the light pipes for to the main rings, but they never got better than what you see here.* Even my old halogen bulbs, though very yellow, were much brighter.Bottom line: Look elsewhere. I'm going to try to return these and if I get a set that works better I'll update my review.

Also like many stated the outer light is dimmer. What is it about the OEM h8 halogen bulb that makes both rings equally bright? I'm not going to try and return these but see if I can find other brands that can solve the brightness problem for the outer rings. It seems that most if not all the leds have this issue. Even the more expensive ones have similar reviews about the outer rings. Just get the less expensive sets and save your money. These are just as good.

These worked good and look great. To make the install easier I removed the air filter housing on the passenger side and removed the 2 bolts holding the power steering reservoir on the driver side to make more room to get the bulbs in. Also you can remove the little cover on top with 3 screws to look inside the headlight and see the bulb is fully twisted in.

I put these on my E93 and they look superb. Due to the light housing, they were a challenge to install AND fit the extra components, but it is doable and not the fault of the design. I highly recommend them.I did notice a light flicker on my home security, but haven't seen it with my eyes. So, I am not sure if I need an anti-flicket unit. I am going with no for now.
