Does it work with linux, such as ubuntu or centos?

YES! I have a Windows 10 desktop and a Linux desktop (one drive has Ubuntu and the other CentOS and I can confirm it works SEAMLESSLY with each OS (I even have tested with a work-issued Mac on 10.14 Mojave and no issues there).
