Great arm workout!
I used them in my water aerobics class today. I think they gave me a better arm workout than the Styrofoam weights we usually use. My arms are tired!

Love these water workout dumbbells!
These Hydro-Bell pool dumbbells are EXCELLENT! They offer great resistance in all directions. It was exactly what I was looking for - greater resistance as my water workouts have evolved. If you're looking for easy to use water dumbbells, these work very well!

Water Workout!
I wasn't sure how I'd feel about these after I received them BUT I LOVE them! I use these in the pool along with my other "dumb bells". The quality of the plastic is strong/sturdy, the handles make them easy to use in the water and with the slats I get the resistance that I need without the strain on my neck.

Great water resistance!
These ramp up your water work out. I absolutely love them and how using them has toned my arms.

Very poor quality velcro.
The velcro attachments that wrap around the ankle is VERY poor quality. After about six workouts in the pool they would come loose and have to be adjusted.

Well made.
Well made. I alternate them with my large foam weights and can't tell the difference between them at this stage. I still have some exercises to try, which might tip the balance in their favour. Maybe I'm stronger than I think I am and should have gone for a size-up to increase resistance.
