I got what i asked for and some
Installation was little tricky but relatively straightforward definitely need a board diagram for sure as alot of labels have there own names not corresponding to the same names on original ender 3 pro main boardworks well right out of the box, truly is plug and play i did absolutely no firmware changes and its working as if it came from the factory that way i literally wired it up powered it on leveled the bed and started a printTouchscreen has some really nice additions that make life alot easier like bed leveling gecoded points , direct gcode input and screen responds to touch really wellThe USB flash drive port is a much loved feature that i quite enjoymy print quialty is very much improved i can visually see the differenceAnd omg is this thing quiet ! The fans are louder than the printer granted i kinda like the old robotic sounds i found it kinda soothing and cool sounding but that sound is completely gone replaced with only the sound of the hotend fanMy only complaints areThe out of box firmware does not home or default the printer head when you stop a print it has a delay and just stops on top of the print but this can be fixed in the firmware easly by the userThere needs to be a auto home buttion added to the bed leveling menu as well or it just auto homes first before giving acess to the bed leving menu once selectedWireing diagram should come with the unit in the box in paper formAlso some cable management items like a wire loom and a few zip ties would be niceBut all in all its a 10 of 10 for me so far now im just waiting for my bl touch to show up

Board's , screen was a headache.
Board works perfectly fine on an Ender 3 and hasn't been giving me any issues. Stepper motors are a lot more silent and had no issues getting it to run Klipper. The TFT35 however, had some kind of design flaw or manufacturing defect that made it such that when attached to the metal display stand of the Ender 3, the edge of the screen would come into contact with the metal which kept sending touch signals. This rendered the screen inoperable until I covered the edges of the screen with tape.Should be noted that the touchscreen mode also doesn't work with klipper, but that one's on me for not checking beforehand.

LOVE IT! Can barely hear the machine &get smoother prints
This is truely plug &play! I did watch a few videos but didn't even need2 since everything on the stock board just transferred to the same plug (except the fan switch have to be reversed) but I am happy 2say that my touch screen worked with my stock board, I was told it wouldn't work w/o hooking up the black wire but I plugged the or ribbon cable into ext1 &it worked just fine. Then of corse I hooked up the BTT board & WOW NIGHT &DAY compared to the stock 8bit board. THIS IS NOW WISPER QUITE! You only hear the fans! I've noticed my prints are smoother too! I def would recommend this part /upgrade even just for the noise reduction its worth it &having smoother prints &the touchscreen are just fantastic! I can't say enough about the upgrade.

Third time
Yes, I've upgraded 3 Ender 3 Pros now. These boards turn them into a much better system, the touch screen moves the 1980 tech into the modern era. Not hard to replace and I love the results.

I would try one again.
This board works well when it works. The main issue seems to be quality control. The first board i received would randomly shut off and then power on again while printing. While troubleshooting, it was discovered that the solder connection on the 24v input was faulty and hadn't bonded with the board. A replacement was quickly sent and all was well for a few weeks. The replacement board started randomly freezing mid print, the hot end and bed would maintain temperature but all steppers would stop although the display would show the progress continuing and you could change parameters like bed temp and nozzle temp. Power cycle would bring back full functionality but I could never trust if it was going to complete a print or not. Firmware was flashed with Bigtree firmware as well as custom compiled marlin with same issue persistent each time. When it would work, it worked well and was very silent and print quality was nice. I just didn't have a good experience with this board and needed something I could depend on being as close to 100% as possible. It is definitely worth a try and is a good upgrade over stock, I think I was just really unlucky in receiving two defective boards. The touch screen worked well and I had no issues with the interface. The seller was awesome and very helpful. I have no idea what the "warmth" rating is for so that's why the 1 star...
