We recently purchased the AGARO coffee maker from Amazon, and we are extremely happy with our purchase. The machine is very easy to use, and has a sturdy build. It makes excellent coffee, and the controls are simple enough even for someone using a coffee machine for the first time.A special thanks to Ananditha from AGARO for the virtual demonstration. She explained all the features patiently, guided us through the setup and operation step by step, and answered all our questions with great professionalism. Her friendly approach gave us the confidence to start using the machine immediately.Excellent product backed by excellent customer support.

The product is not expensive. But it looks good on your desktop.Liteweight. It works exactly as you would have expected - flawless!The post-purchase demonstration offered was To-the-point and extremely effective with many tips provided.Only suggestion is - the product build quality is a little poor and a bit flimsy! The second unit that I bought was already broken at the hinges when received (replaced without a question though)The other thing is - my unit does not sit flat, the feet kinds wobble on a flat surface - please take note.

I bought this machine some 15 days back and it's a good coffee machine. By mistake I dropped the carafe and the glass broke in a very light impact, the glass of the carafe is so thin, that it cracked in a small nick. Nevertheless it's my mistake, but when I tried to order another carafe from amazon or from Agaro website, there is no spare available for a ready purchase. I did write to their customer care and they asked me for invoice etc. and nothing happened. This piece of machine is just a junk now without the carafe that I have to throw it in the trash soon. I would suggest to purchase it only as a use and throw when the carafe breaks. Very bad customer service and after sales of spares even if we are ready to pay.
