I used the Prime Try and Buy to request 3 sizes of this clog (9, 9.5 and 10 UK sizes). The 9 was too small and the 9.5 too large and the 10 of course also was too large. I looked closer and what happened is that they are in USA sizes, but matched to the UK. Hence the 9 UK was a 10 USA - that's fine. But both the 9.5 and 10 UK was a 11 USA - that's pointless then having a 9.5 UK, they don't really do the half size. The 9.5 UK is actually a 10 UK.So I had received a 9 and two 10 UK sizes, which made the choice difficult. In the end because I liked the quality of the clog I went with the larger size. Not ideal.

The item is well made but, I asked for a size 9 and I got sent a 10 so I asked for another size 9 and got sent another size 10. I have asked for a refund now.

What's to say? These are crocs.Lightweight. Comfortable. Easy to clean. Thumbs up from me.

These are not great, do not feel as comfy as crocs, foam inserts make your feet feel damp - stick to Professional Crocs - these like alot of sketchers now feel great gor 5 minutes and then are a let down
