I wear mine 5 days a week ,averaging 8000 to 12000 steps per day.. not positive , but i believe I have had mine about 5 years( msyby more ) . I have insoles for each pair of shoes

i think it means it can be professionally molded with heat. my podiatrist has me buy then and to bring to him for adjusting for my foot. i haven’t had my appointment yet.
